First Sandy Beach

Phetchaburi Province still has many beaches, but some are not well-known among tourists, but are known to locals. If this is a secret beach, Sai Met is a secret beach in Phetchaburi. There are few people, the beach is open as far as the eye can see, and you can fully enjoy the sea breeze. Here, the sand is fine, the sea is clean, the beach is quiet, and there are very few people. This beach is the beginning of the sandy beach on the Gulf of Thailand (west side). Behind the beach is a complete mangrove forest, or what is known as the Laem Phak Bia mangrove forest. To get there, drive from the Laem Phak Bia project along the road south for about 2 km. You will see the sign for Sai Met First Beach. Then drive in following the sign. The route may seem empty, a bit messy and deserted, but when you reach your destination, you will find a wide beach. This beach is wide and has no shade, making it very hot. There is no place to hide from the sun, so people don't often come here. But for those who like peace and quiet, I recommend it. You can watch the sunrise and sunset beautifully here.
