The Splendid Qiandao Lake (Chun'an)

Departing from Huangshan, taking the Shendu Port in Shexian County, we arrived at Meifeng Island at 12 o'clock. There's no need to take the cable car as it's a quick ascent; a brisk ten-minute walk will do. The view from the observation deck is quite impressive, of course, provided that the weather is cooperative. After an hour of photography, a half-hour boat ride took us to Moonlight Island, which was rather dull, filled with a bunch of keys, locks... and what seems to be a wedding photography base. The final attraction, the Scholar's Bridge, is just a suspension bridge. The total playtime on the islands is about an hour, and then the return trip to Huangshan takes over seven hours. The actual time spent on the islands is two hours; there's not much to do, really... The remaining nearly ten hours are spent on boats and buses.
