Not only does #chongqing have one of Chinaās most impressive skylines, itās home to arguably the countryās best hot pot cuisine! For those whoāve never had the pleasure, hot pot is a must-try when visiting #china. Chongqing hot pot is known in particular for the incredible spicy flavor. To get the really authentic experience, I highly recommend Yang Ma Er Hot Pot (ę“马åæē«é ). There are several locations around the city. We went to the one in Jiaochangkou, which is tucked up around an ally and feels very authentic and intimate. #foodie #deliciousfood #wintergetaway Ā Recommendations: 1) Go with 5-6 other people, which makes it easier to order and try many different dishes. 2) Go slow if youāre not used to the spice. Use some of the sauces provided to even things out a bit. 3) Donāt over order least you end up with a bunch of wasted food. You can always add more dishes later if you need. 4) Take your time and enjoy!
