This hidden gem citywalk route in Chongqing is a natural oxygen bar within the mountain city. Suitable for all ages, and lazy-friendly. The entire route is surrounded by greenery 🌳, giving the feeling of a city forest and a fairyland. It's so pleasant to take photos and have fun along the way. Most of it is downhill! Highly recommended to save!! ✨ Duration: 3 hours About 6 km ✨ Suitable for: Couples traveling｜Family hiking｜Photo check-ins 📍 Route plan: Shanghao Station Exit 3c (P12) ➡️ Huangge Ancient Trail ➡️ Huangjueya Old Street ➡️ Laojundong Return route ➡️ Laojundong East Gate ➡️ Qingxiang Pavilion Trail ➡️ Shanghao Station ⚠️: Following this route, only Huangge Ancient Trail and Laojundong have some uphill sections; the rest is downhill. There are many old teahouses along the way, so when you get tired, take a break, drink some covered bowl tea, and enjoy the slow life of the mountain city 🍵 Tips: This route is a small loop. If driving, park at the Huangge Ancient Trail parking lot, and for the return, simply go from Laojundong back to Huangge Ancient Trail by the same path.
