If you plan to come and play in the snow, you can refer to my guide to successfully avoid pitfalls. 1️⃣ Fairy Mountain Ticket Price Reference Different tickets are available for different needs, all listed here for you: ① Fairy Mountain snow season playtime: mid-December 2025 to February next year ② Scenic area general admission: 50 RMB/person; students and children: 25 RMB/person ③ Play ticket: 96 RMB/person ④ Tickets are issued on a one-person-one-ticket basis 2️⃣ Transportation Suggestions ① Train travel Take a 2-hour train from Chongqing North Station to Wulong Train Station ② Bus travel Take a 2-hour bus ride from Chongqing Sigongli to Wulong Bus Station, then take a blue bus to Fairy Town Tourist Center, and transfer to the shuttle bus to Fairy Mountain Scenic Area ③ High-speed rail travel From Chongqing East Station to Wulong South Station, about a 40-minute ride ④ Self-driving Navigate to Fairy Mountain National Forest Park for direct access to the scenic area ⚠️ After getting off the plane, there will be a shuttle bus directly to the scenic area. If you stay in Fairy Town, there will also be shuttle buses to the town ⚠️ After getting off the train, follow the bus travel method in ② to reach the scenic area ⚠️ The earliest bus from Wulong Bus Station to the scenic area departs at 8 AM; the latest bus from the scenic area back to the town departs at 5 PM ⚠️ If driving during the snow season, be sure to prepare snow chains for the mountain 3️⃣ Accommodation Suggestions ① If you have a budget, it is recommended to stay in Fairy Town, where prices are affordable and there are many restaurants. In winter, ask if the hotel has heating ② If budget is unlimited, you can choose to stay inside the scenic area, but prices may increase by 500+ RMB during the snow season.
