Chongqing Garden Expo Park

In early spring, various flowers bloom one after another. The early cherry blossoms (Prunus campanulata) along the lake in Chongqing Garden Expo Park have entered their peak blooming period. The pink flowers hang on the branches, and the clusters of delicate flowers complement the ancient-style bridges, towers, corridors, and pavilions by Longjing Lake, creating a beautiful picture. Early cherry blossom route: Blooming in mid-February, enter from the east gate (subway station gate) and go directly to the Hong Kong and Macau Garden, then walk in the direction of the main gate. Late cherry blossom route: Blooming in mid-March, enter from the main gate (take a bus to the main square after getting off the subway), pass the open-air theater, choose the modern garden or the shortcut (downhill) to the Wind and Rain Corridor Bridge, Zhuhai Garden, Foshan Garden, Guangzhou Garden, Lingyun Bridge (Four Pavilion Bridge), then to the Garden Collection Area (where the late cherry blossoms are located), walk along the right side without turning back, and finally pass the Listening Rain Bridge, Autumn Pavilion Bridge, Bihui Bridge, Hong Kong and Macau Garden, and exit from the east gate. 🌈Highlights: The Garden Expo Park brings together the essence of gardens from all over the world, including Southeast Asian-style gardens, European garden areas, Jiangnan gardens, etc. It is a large urban theme park that integrates natural and cultural landscapes.
