As the weather gets cooler, I crave Shunde cuisine. I found an authentic Shunde restaurant in Shin Kong Place. The restaurant is simple and elegant, with private rooms. The roast goose is fatty but not greasy, and the skin is crispy. Dip it in the secret plum sauce, and it tastes amazing 🤤 👉 Fish Salad This dish has a good meaning, and I order it every time I come! The fish is sliced into thin strips, crystal clear, and paired with colorful side dishes. The presentation of the whole dish is stunning! The staff pours the sauce and mixes it evenly. The fish is tender and smooth, with a light sweetness, and the rich side dishes make the whole dish even more delicious! 👉 Cantonese-Style Sugarcane Lamb Pot The tender lamb is stewed to perfection, soft but chewy. The lamb absorbs the rich soup, and the sweet sugarcane juice adds a unique refreshing sweetness to the lamb pot! The restaurant has many delicious dishes, such as Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, Golden Soup Seafood Handmade Tofu, and Shunde Sand Ginger Soy Sauce.
