My friend invited me to dinner here. It's a newly opened Yunnan-Guizhou restaurant with beautiful decor and a stylish atmosphere. The waiter said that all the dishes are freshly made and recommended several signature dishes, all of which were delicious: ✅ Snow Top Corn Cake: I didn't expect corn cake to be so artistic! It was served with a big dollop of cream, and the taste was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very delicious; ✅ Guizhou Crispy Sausage Rice: It looks good and tastes even better. The rice is served with crispy sausage, diced bacon, pickled radish, and pickled chili, which makes it very layered and slightly spicy. One bowl per person is easy to finish; ✅ Sour Soup Fish with Minced Meat: My favorite dish, the sour soup is very appetizing.
