The service at Ester was friendly and attentive, with an excellent selection of wines and cocktails that perfectly complemented the meal. Every dish was a treat for the taste buds, but a few stood out to me in particular. The fermented potato bread with salmon roe and kefir cream was a unique and flavorful combination. The natural rock oysters with finger lime pearls added a delicate touch of freshness.The ceviche was fresh and bursting with flavors, while the lemon pancake provided a perfect sweet note to end the meal on a high. The industrial-style decor added a modern and elegant ambiance to the overall atmosphere. Stunning restaurant and the 4 cocktails we tried were all super delicious.
