The St. Regis Chicago.

I was on a staycation in Chicago a few days ago and checked in at the St. Regis Chicago, which is set to open in 2023. Pictures 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ are the large terrace on the 11th floor of the hotel. The night view is so beautiful, but it was a bit cold that day. In the summer, it would be nice to have some food and drinks and enjoy the view in the open air 👍 💕 Figure 4️⃣This skyscraper, 365 meters high (101 floors), is the world's tallest building designed by a female designer. It is currently the third tallest building in Chicago and the world's tallest hotel. 💕 The building is beautiful, but as the highest-end hotel in the Marriott Group, the rooms at St. Regis Chicago are average, not as good as the Langham Chicago next door. I didn't experience the butler service either. After I moved in, no butler called or came to ask about it. This aspect was much worse than the St. Regis in New York. The interior of the St. Regis in New York is antique, which is my favorite style. The overall decoration of St. Regis Chicago is just plain and boring 🙄 💕 The hotel's swimming pool 🏊 and fitness 🏋️‍♀️ are very large for hotels in Chicago and are very nice. The swimming pool has changing rooms with saunas in them. 💕 I originally wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, but when I looked at the price list online, it was so expensive that I gave up. There happened to be a branch of Ming Xuan, a famous Cantonese restaurant in Chicago, nearby, so we went there to eat Cantonese food. We didn't order much, just hot and sour soup, steamed oysters, steamed fish, a pot of tofu and pork belly, a plate of stir-fried bean sprouts, and two dim sum. In the end, with the tip, it was almost 180🔪. Now the US dollar is only valuable when spent outside the United States, and the cost-effectiveness is too low 💕 In short, I will not go to the St. Regis Chicago for the second time, but I will go to the Langham Hotel next door in the future.
