Ganesha Park @Wat Rong Khun | Chiang Rai.

🙏 Wat Rong Khun, a famous temple in Chiang Rai, was designed and built by National Artist Chalermchai Kositpipat. Originally a small, dilapidated old temple, construction began in 1997. 🎉 Highlights of the temple include: 👉 The white ordination hall, situated on a low hill with a long bridge leading to it, adorned with beautiful silver glass decorations and intricate patterns. The gable is decorated with unique Naga sculptures. 👉 Ganesha Park, a golden building situated in the middle of a pond, separate from the white buildings around the ordination hall. It houses an exhibition about Ganesha. 👉 Art Cave, a sculptural work inspired by Buddhist concepts, took over 6 years to complete.
