We booked it during the promotion period. Book in advance to get a cheap price (less than 1,000 baht round trip). We have money left to buy the hot seat service, which is more comfortable to sit in row 4F by the window, and we can board and deboard earlier. We recommend booking through Trip.com as well. There is no fee. We love this. Another thing we like is that there will be a message in the notification to notify us about the flight, check-in counter, time and boarding gate. When we landed at our destination, they also informed us of the baggage carousel number. Wow, it was so perfect.
