When I first visited Chiang Mai many years ago, I went to Roast8ry Lab in Nimman because I heard that their latte art and coffee beans were famous. I still remember the first time I saw the latte art and tasted the coffee, it was amazing! Years later, I came to Chiang Mai again and saw this Roast8ry Coffee Flagship Store while wandering around the hotel I was staying at. I searched online and found out that it was from the same origin, but it was the latest flagship store, and it was full in the afternoon. I visited this store twice. The first time I ordered a latte from the champion latte art series called "Walking Fox". It was indeed beautiful, but the taste was not as amazing as I remembered. The second time I visited was at 8 am, and there were few people, so I went in and ordered a filtered coffee with selected beans. The beans were very fragrant, and the taste was layered when drinking hot and cold. I left satisfied this time. The flagship store has a cold gray style with wooden tables and chairs, creating a cold and warm atmosphere. Compared to Roast8ry Lab, this flagship store is larger, and the staff will personally deliver drinks, so the business model is slightly different, and you can enjoy the champion coffee time more slowly.
