Farm to kitchen - Ginger Farm Kitchen - Chiang Mai

Ginger Farm Kitchen has a spacious set up with lots of windows that makes the place bright and comfortable. It is located at the ground level of the modern One Nimman mall , which is just outside of the northwestern corner of the Chiang Mai old city. We arrived at 3pm for our late lunch and there were still a lot of customers inside. The menu was extensive and there were a lot of organic vegetables, salad, along with local Thai dishes. We ordered the highly recommended crispy pork which was definitely not to be missed. The glass noodle and fried eggplant were equally delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a casual lunch or dinner.
