It is said that Gaoyiling is shaped like a chair. I have been sketching it in my mind for a long time and finally I have come up with the idea. After all, Gaoyiling is not some ancient famous mountain or river, and it has only been accessible to the public for a few years. In order to allow more people to visit, it has been artificially developed into a convenient and safe scenic spot. The mountain is a typical Danxia landform. The bare mountains outside the trail are dangerous, and the dangerous part is that the mountain is smooth and has no peaks or edges; the beautiful part is that the plank road goes through the wonders and is inlaid on the mountainside; the majestic part is elegant, and the elegance is that the ridges and valleys are naturally connected, like a sand table. The most rare thing is that the foot of the rocky mountain is surrounded by a pool of clear water, dotted with lonely seaweed trees - lawns, stone piles, pavilions..., it actually has a bit of island style. The steps of the trail are cut and carved from the original mountain. Walking along the trail while enjoying the mountain views and leaning on the railings can greatly reduce the fear outside the trail and the dizziness at the steep parts. There is no transportation in the scenic area. One walk is no less than seven kilometers and takes at least two hours. It is both physically and mentally demanding. The whole process is a bit tiring, but of course, you can also enjoy the outdoor fun of climbing and enjoying the scenery.
