Madame Macron came to see the giant panda "Yuanmeng" 🐼

Recently, Brigitte Macron visited the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. She once named the panda "Yuanmeng," who lives in France, and is also the godmother of "Yuanmeng." The base is located in the northern suburbs of Chengdu, about 10 kilometers from the city center. It fully simulates the wild living environment of giant pandas, featuring lakes, streams, bamboo forests, and lawns. There are also many "panda villas" with open-air yards and indoor lounges. Depending on the weather, the pandas have different activity areas, allowing visitors to watch these adorable national treasures up close. You can also see pandas in the new area of the base, including distinguished pandas whose homes are larger and have a wider range of activity. Besides watching pandas, the new area has many photo spots. The landmark and popular Panda Tower is located at the highest point of the base. The tower is 69.8 meters tall with 11 floors, shaped like a giant bamboo shoot, and inside resembles a hibiscus flower. It has 81 platforms offering multi-angle views of the base's scenery. There is also a new art museum in the dense forest area of the new zone, featuring multi-sensory interactions and lighting installations.
