Chengdu Museum

#chengdu Chengdu Museum is the largest city museum in southwest China, designated as a first-category museum of national importance. Its history dates back to 1958, and the new building opened to the public on September 15, 2016. The building's architecture is inspired by the ancient Shu civilization, and its copper-paneled façade is one of the largest in China. Address: No. 1 Xiaohejie Road, Qingyang District, Chengdu (west of Tianfu Square). Admission is free. Take Metro Line 1 or Line 2 to Tianfu Square Station, Exit W1 (North) or W1 (South). The museum is located in the heart of the city, on Tianfu Square.
