I found a gem! This new Chinese-style minsu near Chengdu is perfect for photoshoots!

👍 I took my kids to visit their grandma in Xindu over the weekend and checked out the Xiaoya Hot Spring Minsu in Chengdu. It was such a pleasant surprise, I have to share it with everyone! This minsu is located in the Xiahexi Scenic Area of Xindu and just opened in 2025. The overall architecture is a classic Chinese courtyard style, with blue tiles, white walls, eaves, corridors, patios, pavilions, flowing water... every corner is a picturesque view. 🍃Living in high-rise buildings makes me yearn for the freedom and tranquility of a courtyard. It's a call from deep within my soul for a simpler life. ♨️We stayed in a private hot spring room this time. The bedding was luxurious and comfortable, and the semi-outdoor hot spring pool was huge! After spending the afternoon playing with the kids at the campsite outside the minsu, soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing. Don't worry if you can't book a private hot spring room, there are three public hot spring pools under construction. 🍴Right outside the minsu is the Xiaoya Private Kitchen, which serves delicious food. You don't have to worry about finding good food here. ‼️And here's the highlight: the minsu provides Hanfu for free! If you love taking photos, you can't miss this opportunity. 💰Super cost-effective! Spending a day here with the kids is relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend it to all parents. If you don't know where to take your kids on the weekend, just go for it!
