The broth gets more and more fragrant as it cooks, with a rich flavor. The spring water yellow catfish is freshly killed, very fresh and tender, with a smooth texture. The fresh hand-cut beef is tender and fresh after a few seconds in the pot!! The presentation of the Xiaolongfandajiang is very delicate! It contains beef, shrimp paste, and crab roe, very rich.
