Xindu District Guihu Stele Forest.

The Guihu Stele Forest, also known as the Calligraphy Stele Forest, is located on the bank of Guihu Lake in Xindu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. The Guihu Forest of Steles is a collection of steles from Longzang Temple in Xinfan Town, Xindu District. They were carved by the poet monk Hanche when he was the abbot of the temple. The number of steles in the forest is the largest among all the monasteries in Sichuan. There were originally nearly 200 stone tablets, and most of them were engraved on both sides by famous craftsmen. The brushwork, brushwork and charm of the originals were truly reproduced on the steles. Some are majestic, some are fluent, some are simple and some are graceful.
