It's been a few years since I last visited this restaurant, and I've missed it. When I think of pork intestines, I think of two places: one is Luo Ji Pork Intestines Taxi Restaurant, and the other is this Maowu Hotel in Shuangliu. It's actually a farmhouse, but the name is high-end and classy. It's been a street stall for decades. Most of the people who come here to eat are locals, and there are quite a few people every day. The prices are affordable and the taste is very good. Two of us ordered six pork intestines: dipping sauce pork intestines, steamed pork intestines, patchouli pork intestines, braised pork intestines, cold mixed pork intestines, and dry fried pork intestines. We didn't waste any, and we finished two bowls of dry rice. There are no minefields, each has its own characteristics. The most special is the new patchouli-flavored roast pork intestines.
