One-day tour in Leshan

We booked the executive suite package at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Chengdu on our first day in Chengdu, where we could have several meals in the hotel throughout the day. The taste was nothing special. The room was a bit old but quite spacious. Chengdu East—Leshan As soon as we arrived in Leshan, we went to Zhanggongqiao Food Street to check in. We had Di Baba BBQ, which was mediocre. We also had hotpot and sweet-skinned duck. There is a place to store luggage in front of the Leshan Giant Buddha scenic area. After storing the luggage, you can take the scenic area sightseeing car or walk in. Ticket price: 80 You can choose to take a boat tour. Although you can take a full picture of the Giant Buddha, it lacks a lot of fun. There are caves on the mountain with small holes, and taking pictures from these holes with the river view in the background really gives a bit of a Greek vibe. We didn't go to the Oriental Buddha Capital, but there is plenty of time to check in both places in one day. After visiting the Giant Buddha, the locals recommended a Bobo Chicken place near the People's Court. Their Bingfen (iced jelly) is a must-try, so delicious! I recommend the brown sugar original flavor and the fermented rice flavor! The Bobo Chicken is very fragrant, not too spicy, and foreigner-friendly! We didn't stay long in Leshan, but the people here left a deep impression on me. Whether it was the hotpot restaurant owner, the Didi driver, or the luggage storage owner, they were all especially nice! I hope everyone can meet helpful people on their journey too~
