The Bridge, located at Anshun Bridge, is a fine dining restaurant helmed by Michelin award chef Andre Chiang, this is also the first restaurant that he open in China. Since launching in December 2017, THE BRIDGE has set a new standard for world-class Sichuan cuisine and has been established as a destination for gourmet diners from around the world. The restaurant offers both set menus and a la carte dining. Highlight of the menu is the chef’s signature ‘four chapters’ set menu which consists of different types of dishes, and each of it is taste awesome!
