The Beijing X Art Museum (X Museum) is a museum dedicated to promoting contemporary Chinese culture and international exchange. It focuses on creators with diverse media and multidisciplinary backgrounds, looking towards the future of cultural arts, and connects a new generation of artists from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds through various spatial forms. The mission of X Art Museum is to become an inclusive international exchange platform from the perspective of the younger generation, to develop together with the local city community, and to promote sharing and communication among audiences through the collection and interpretation of both tangible and intangible cultural heritage. X Art Museum is located at Building E1, Langyuan STATION, No. 53 Banjieta Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing (Warehouse No. 10). The museum implements a new ticketing policy called 'Pay as You Wish,' where visitors can choose to pay any amount starting from 10 yuan, with different payment amounts enjoying corresponding benefits. Active and retired military personnel, people with disabilities, and medical workers can enjoy free admission. The student ticket policy allows students aged 14 and above (middle school, high school, university students, and graduate students) to enjoy a 1 yuan exhibition benefit. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult to visit the exhibition, and children must purchase tickets according to the 'Pay as You Wish' ticketing policy. The exhibition projects of X Art Museum include 'The Collection of a Girl 101,' 'X Virtual' digital art platform, and the X Art Museum Triennial, among others. The 'The Collection of a Girl 101' exhibition uses pink as a clue, gathering 49 pieces from the museum's collection in a newly restored historic building, focusing on the body in art. 'X Virtual' is a digital art platform that stimulates new art production through collaboration with artists and technology experts. The X Art Museum Triennial is a highly anticipated permanent exhibition project that takes place every three years, rhythmically reviewing contemporary Chinese art and its development.
