Changzhou's "Golden Pineapple" Zen Temple, you'll regret not going!

Baolin Temple is located about 1 km west of the Spring and Autumn Yancheng Ruins in Wujin District, Changzhou City. It was first built during the reign of Emperor Wu of Liang in the Southern Dynasties (527 AD). In 557, it was rebuilt by Emperor Xiaomin of Northern Zhou and renamed "Fahua Temple." It was destroyed by soldiers during the Chongning period of the Song Dynasty and rebuilt during the Ming Dynasty, when it was renamed "Baolin Temple." The entire Baolin Temple community vowed to build the Baolin Temple Guanyin Cultural Park and the 91.9-meter-tall "Baolin Guanyin Pagoda," which enshrines a 39.9-meter-tall statue of the Three-faced Ten-direction Guanyin Bodhisattva. 🎫Tickets: The temple is open to the public for free, like a gift of compassion to the world. 🚘Temple Cafe (Wuyuan Cafe☕) Route: Navigate to the south gate of Baolin Temple, park in the parking lot🅿️ to the west, and park next to the door at the end.
