Huzhou - Longemont Safari Park Self-Drive Area

Huzhou Longemont Taihu Resort's zoo is divided into a walking area and a self-drive area. Accompanying a friend, I have visited both areas. Personally, I recommend the self-drive area. The walking area features small animals such as monkeys and various birds, while the self-drive area has all the large animals like zebras, giraffes, elephants, lions, tigers, and leopards. According to my friend's child, there are more animals here than in Beijing Zoo. 🕐️Opening Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no entry after 4:00 PM. 🚗Transportation Tips: Simply navigate to 'Huzhou Longemont Safari Park Self-Drive Area'. Do not search for 'Longemont Safari Park' as it will lead you to the walking area, which is five kilometers away from the self-drive area. 💗Other Tips: 1. Since it is currently very hot in summer, try to enter the park either early in the morning when it opens or around 3 PM. During these times, you can see the animals. If you enter at noon, the animals will be lying down and sleeping due to the heat. If you enter at 3:30 PM, you might miss the giraffes at the end because the park starts closing around 4:40 PM. 2. The park sells gourds for feeding the animals for 20 yuan per portion. You are not allowed to bring your own food to feed the animals.
