A Must-Stay Hotel in Changsha!!!

This price is good value for a hotel of this level in a popular tourist city. Off-season prices may be lower, so it's worth looking forward to. 🛌Amenities/Facilities Newly opened on May 20, 2022, the facilities are new and well-designed. The hotel is located 196m above the ground and has 287 rooms, each equipped with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and excellent lighting. The 33rd-floor fitness center is open 24 hours a day and is fully equipped with common fitness equipment to meet your fitness needs. The indoor heated pool has clear floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel has three restaurants and two lounges, offering a variety of dining experiences. However, the air conditioning and heating in the rooms are sometimes not warm enough, which affects comfort. 🏘️️️Room Type/Layout I emailed the hotel before checking in to request a suite, but it was fully booked. The front desk arranged a corner room, which was larger than a regular room. The overall room layout is reasonable and the space is well utilized. 🧹Soundproofing/Hygiene In terms of hygiene, it is mostly good, with only one minor mistake where the housekeeper forgot to replace the body lotion. 💗Other Tips 1. Communication Before Check-In: The hotel emailed me before I checked in to ask about my needs, which was a thoughtful service. Although I was not able to upgrade to a suite, I could feel that the hotel values the needs of its guests. 2. Lounge and Breakfast Experience: The lounge's happy hour is excellent, with cold dishes, hot dishes, soup of the day, freshly cooked noodles, large cakes, and DIY mango pomelo sago. In comparison, the breakfast was average. The experiences in both the lounge and the 3rd-floor restaurant were not satisfactory, and the 3rd-floor restaurant ended its service half an hour earlier than the lounge. 3. Surrounding Location: The hotel stands in the middle section of Furong Road, the main road in Changsha, adjacent to the business district and many famous attractions. The location is excellent and convenient for travel.
