This hotel is a must-stay for students visiting Changsha. I was moved to tears.

Changsha Yunda Sheraton Service: The welcome staff proactively helped with luggage. The check-in staff were very enthusiastic and informed me about the hotel facilities and opening hours. They also recommended popular attractions nearby and how to get there. Room: 103 sqm corner suite with 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows. The view was great (as shown in the picture). The room was nice during the day. The room had a carpeted floor and was equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee machine, JBL speakers, and a TV (which could not be cast). Personally, I felt that the two chairs in the bedroom were facing a strange direction. Although the room was a bit old, it was well-maintained. Bathroom: I didn't wear the bathrobe, so I won't comment on it. The disposable slippers were thick and nice. There was no guest bathroom. The main bathroom had a smart toilet. The bathtub was clean. Bath salts, bath bombs, face masks, and disposable bath bags were provided. Very considerate! The toiletries were small bottles of Appelles. The shower had good water pressure. There was a single sink. Mouthwash was provided. The toothbrush was of moderate hardness. A razor was available upon request. Dining: I didn't get up for breakfast, so I won't comment on it. Executive Lounge: There was a wide variety of hot food in the evening, including lamb chops and lasagna. The food was replenished quickly. The service staff were very enthusiastic. There were many soft drinks and alcoholic beverages to choose from. The juice was freshly squeezed and served in small bottles. I loved the cucumber juice. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was amazing. It was even better than the view from the room. Public Area: I didn't go to the gym. I'm not sure if there was a swimming pool. Although the hardware was a bit old, the hotel's attitude was great. The details determine success or failure.
