Changsha Grand Hyatt Accommodation Experience Stayed in room types 4720 and 4906, both are Jia Bin Xuan Hao Jiang rooms, one facing the river where you can see Chairman Mao's stone sculpture head from afar while enjoying the river view during a bath, which is endlessly delightful. The other is a corner room, with a view that is mostly cityscape with a bit of river view. When the lights of the high-rises are turned on at night, the view overlooking Changsha's nightscape is also particularly beautiful. Room size: 71㎡, very comfortable. Except for the manual toilet, we arrived at the hotel at 2 pm, hungry due to the delayed flight, and hurried to the 6th floor Jia Bin Xuan. There were no snacks, only some fruit desserts and soft drinks, but it didn't matter, I successfully got the tea with a stunning first sip (each room gets 2 cups on the first day of stay), and out of 4 cups, the 3 with less sugar were all delicious! The lady was very patient and kind. The breakfast at Jia Bin Xuan is continental style, not many varieties but the view is great, few people and quiet. The breakfast on the L floor is richer, but many dishes are not supplied in time, and many corners with labeled dishes are empty, and the food is not very to my taste. Turn-down service: Went out for a walk in the afternoon, came back to find the slippers already placed in front of the bed, and the corner of the quilt folded, which was quite thoughtful. Toiletries: Balmain, which I find hard to use, leaves my hair dry and rough, and the fragrance is also very average. The biggest impression Grand Hyatt gave me is that their staff work here with great pride and happiness: The concierge is very enthusiastic. My husband forgot to return the room card from a hotel in Yueyang and called SF Express to mail it back. The concierge guy had a puzzled expression and exclaimed, 'Why do you need to send it back? Our room cards can be taken away by guests as a souvenir.'
