#WaterfallTrip 🏞Tad Yueang Waterfall The word Yueang means goral. It is one of the beautiful waterfalls in Champasak Province. It is one of the two tourist attractions in Laos that received the ASEAN Sustainable Tourism Award in 2022. ⛰It is formed by a stream flowing from the mountain down to an 80-meter-high cliff into a basin below, causing the water to splash beautifully amidst the shady atmosphere. ✌Visiting the waterfall requires some physical strength because you have to walk from the parking area, pass restaurants, local shops, and through the stream that is the source of the waterfall. Along the way, you can see the waterfall from time to time. 🪜Then you will walk down to the viewpoint of the waterfall below. The way down is steep in some places, but the waterfall has made stairs to make it easier to walk. However, you must be careful. 🏕There are many viewpoints. There are pavilions to sit and rest and enjoy the view of the waterfall and the trees. 🌄 At the bottom, there are rocks to sit and watch the waterfall. There are basins to play in the water. But it must be during low water or dry season only.
