Wat Sothon Wararam Worawihan

Wat Sothon Wararam Worawihan is located along the Bang Pakong River in Na Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang Chachoengsao District, Chachoengsao Province. Originally named Wat Hong, it was built in the late Ayutthaya period during the reign of King Narai the Great. The temple houses Luang Pho Phuttha Sothon, a revered Buddha statue of Chachoengsao. This plaster Buddha statue in the meditation posture has a lap width of 1.65 meters and a height of 1.98 meters, crafted by Lan Chang artisans. Wat Luang Pho Sothon is a popular temple where many people come to pay respects and seek blessings for various aspects of life, including business, work, health, wealth, and fortune.
