I went to the high-end Japanese restaurant "KOSHIMA" in "NUSTAR RESORT & CASINO" in Cebu! This restaurant, which pursues "authentic Japanese cuisine," is a place that offers a truly luxurious time. The interior of the restaurant has an elegant and calm atmosphere, and it boasts a spaciousness of over 60 seats, including counter seats and private rooms, so it is designed to be enjoyed by both solo and large groups. What was particularly impressive was the pairing of the food and sake. The sushi made with truffle oil goes perfectly with the red vinegar rice, and the aroma that fills your mouth is artistic! It was my first experience pairing with Amabuki Sake Brewery's "I LOVE SUSHI," and I was impressed by how the food and sake complemented each other. The shabu-shabu and Nagoya specialty miso cutlet were also excellent. The umami of the dashi soup stock brought out by low-temperature cooking elevates the entire dish. For dessert, I enjoyed matcha gelato and sesame pudding. The desserts, made with matcha sourced from Uji, Kyoto, had a refined sweetness that was perfect for concluding a meal. The budget is around 2,000 to 4,000 pesos per person, making it perfect for a special occasion or as a treat for yourself.
