Life is Sauna

By far the best sauna i've ever experienced! And the ambiance is so relaxing! The food is delicious and worth trying while waiting for your sauna/massage. And they have a very accomodating staff who will help you with your needs. Thank you Ayo Ayo! Will surely be back in the future! Definitely worth a try if you are looking for relaxation and want a quick body recovery since you get to experience sauna and ice baths. The place is definitely smaller than expected, so it's best to book reservations rather than walking in. Food prices are expensive and the amount you get is small. I have not tried the kombucha but i think they have some good ones there. The Sauna is great and I love the feel of sweating out all the toxins in the body. The Japanese food is also great, I reccomend the Langkatsu Curry. It is very delicious.
