#wheretogo #jogja #volcano There is a village located merely 4km away from the volcano Mt. Merapi. And back in 2010, there was an unfortunate event that happened. An eruption occured that decimated the village. Although there was no lava involved, the hot smoke from the volcano was more than enough cause all the destruction you see in the pictures. This village has since become a museum and it’s a great place to go to see and learn what happened.
