Without being a special forces soldier or specifically visiting the big and small circuits, you can explore with a three-day pass and a rented motorbike, visiting at most two or three temples each day. ⚠️ Note: Try to avoid going out between 11 AM and 3 PM, as the high temperatures can significantly diminish your travel experience. ☑️ Tip: Siem Reap has many excellent hotels with a strong vacation feel and good service, allowing you to relax between visits to ancient sites. Day 1: Wake up naturally and rent a motorbike 🛵. 📍 Angkor Thom: A photogenic city gate. 📍 Bayon Temple: Famous for the Khmer smile. ➡️ Midday break to return to the hotel for a nap. 📍 Phnom Bakheng: Best sunset viewing spot. Day 2: Get up early to watch the sunrise 🌅. 📍 Angkor Wat: Best sunrise viewing spot, arrive by 5:30 AM to wait for the sunrise. ➡️ Return to the hotel for breakfast and a nap. 📍 Ta Prohm: A unique sight where tree roots and buildings merge. 📍 Pre Rup: Another sunset viewing spot. Day 3: Relax at the hotel 🏞️. Retreat to a tent hotel away from the city to enjoy a quiet day with nature. 💁🏻‍♀️ Overall, seeing too many temples can lead to aesthetic fatigue❗️ If you're not interested in deeply understanding the history of each temple, there's no need to force yourself to visit every site. Just choose a few classic ones to explore and learn about. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Unfortunately, I really wanted to visit the Banteay Srei and Beng Mealea in the outer circuit, but couldn't bear the 40-degree heat every day, so I gave up.
