Authentic Australian flavours @ Alberta's 😍
📍Alberta's — 4.8 stars on google ⭐️
This was truly an experience, alberta's a resturant owned by one of the ex chef of Noma — The 3 michelin star resturant in Copenhagen.
This was my first time visiting a restaurant where we were served based on the menu for the day & we didnt need to browse or choose what we like.
Here was what we had 😚💛
The menu:
01 Albany rock oyster — yummy if you're a fan of oysters!
02 Shark bay prawn — This was good too! But honestly it was nothing special it tasted like sambal prawn.
03 Steak tartare — It was fresh and paired really well with the leaf (which was abit weird but 😃)
04 Fremantle octopus — 2nd fav! 🐙 you can never go wrong with grilled octopus.
05 Cherry & plum tart — I LOVE THIS SO MUCH, The flavours were just so well balanced. My favorite dish of all.
06 Cheese & grain — I love the cheese but the multigrain bread was not a fav.
Overall it was such a unique experience, where we were seated we could look at the chef preparing our dishes. They were so chill — working at their own station. The head chef & owner himself would come up to our table to explain the dish which made it really personal & intimate! 😌
If you're planning to visit do remember to make a booking ahead as they only have a limited slots per day as all their ingredients are fresh. They also do not serve alcohol so its BYOB 🥰💛
This is definitely a place to not get filled up or full but more of an experience and just enjoying your time with your partner or friends."

The Very Kids Friendly Busselton Jetty
We went to Busselton as a pit stop on the way back to Perth City from Margaret River. The jetty is 1.845km long where you can choose to walk or take the train which will bring you to the end of the jetty. There is a little aquarium at the end. As we did that the previous trip, we decided to just have a meal there and have some fun at the playground for the kids. There are restaurant along the area, most notably is Shelter Brewery where we had lunch. The area around the jetty is very kids friendly with numerous playgrounds which caters to preschoolers all the way to older kids. It was a fantastic afternoon spent there and definitely a great trip to start off the new year!

You can see a fantastic view there. You can catch a train on the jetty and at the end there is something like a small aquarium. We also visit there often because we can go fishing.

Busselton Jetty
#australiatrip Good place to visit with kids, for swimming, diving, snorkeling and fishing. There is something to do for everyone. We visited on a sunday and the train was booked out for the next 2hours when we arrived. It's possible to walk on it but if you want to experience the train better Book in advance. The walk is about 20min one way. Better put sunscreen on and have a water bottle with you.

Lovely Busselton Jetty Train Ride
The very relax and fun train ride at Busselton Jetty, Perth. It is 1.8meter long and it is said to be the longest wooden structure in the Southern Hemisphere. "Must-Visit Spot in Australia" - Busselton Jetty: Emerald Sea, Longest Wooden Pier, Important Seaport.
Busselton Jetty is the longest wooden pier in the Southern Hemisphere, with a total length of 1,841 meters. It is a famous tourist spot in Western Australia, extending from the coast to the sea. The sea under the afternoon sun is emerald, like semi-solid jelly, transparent and viscous; the sea and sky are in the distance, and time seems to stop here. Busselton Jetty was built in 1865, and there is a small train on it. It served as an important seaport for more than a century. It is the filming location of the movie "Spirited Away".

Busselton Jetty for a wonderful morning!
Always remember to plan a trip a day trip from Perth to the Busselton Jetty. Good place to bring kids and the elderly along. You can either walk along the jetty or take the train to bring you to the end of the jetty. Otherwise, have a short walk along the beaches and see the jetty from a distance. Definitely a stopover spot if you are on your way to Margaret River or vice versa.

Sunrise or sunset it’s amazing view and free to walk the length of the Busselton Jetty (outside business hours) which is an impressive 1,841 metres (6,040 ft).
