The place I'm introducing this time is the original 73-year-old, third-generation Mom's Charcoal-Grilled Hagfish at Jagalchi Market, which offers a seafood trio set. While hagfish restaurants at Jagalchi Market generally don't have good ratings, this one is different, so I decided to visit. The owner is very friendly, and the interior of the store is clean. When you order from the menu, they serve abalone sashimi, sea squirt, and live octopus as complimentary appetizers before the meal.
