The Last Meal.

In Korea, we had an early dinner before boarding the plane. We chose 풍경마루 Korean Restaurant for our last meal. The restaurant uses electronic ordering and payment systems, and they have a menu in Chinese, making it easy to order. Shortly after ordering, our sumptuous dinner arrived. Each set meal comes with several side dishes! These include kimchi, pickled vegetables, black beans, and Korean chili sauce, along with a steaming hot stone pot soup, making it very hearty. My set meal's stone pot soup was kimchi tofu soup. It was hot and spicy, very appetizing. Dad's stone pot soup was radish tofu soup, which was not spicy and had a clear, sweet taste, perfect for him. I chose the blood cockle bibimbap set for 18,000₩. It included a lot of vegetables, egg strips, and seaweed mixed with fresh blood cockles. Mixing it all together and taking a big bite was very satisfying. Tasting this authentic bibimbap in Korea was a dream come true. Dad had his first beef meal in Korea here! He chose the royal grilled beef set for 22,000₩. The thinly sliced beef was marinated with soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sesame salt, green onions, and garlic. Dad thought the beef was a bit tough, but the flavor was acceptable.
