#BusanTravel 🫧Rosan House🫧 Where is this?! It feels like you're in a Japanese hot spring, and this is Rosan House✨ It's a hot hot place, and it's finally arrived in Busan!! It's a meat restaurant where you have to wait in line, so I lined up early for the break time of 5PM! As soon as I got in line, there was a long line~🫢 I went in with excitement and anticipation!! There were seats where you could grill your own meat and seats where they grill it for you, so we sat in the seats where they grilled it for you! (Meat grilled by someone else is the most delicious,,,♥️) The sapjaru grill was so amazingㅋ.ㅋ I ordered the 2-person set of pork belly + pork neck 600g and shaved ice kimchi roll noodles!! (I regret not ordering a highball ㅠㅠ Please order a highball😘) They grilled the pork neck first and explained the meat, and they grilled it to match my eating speed, so it was so convenient! The pork neck was grilled to a perfect grilling temperature!! I wanted to taste the original flavor, so I ate it without seasoning!! It was soft and the meat juice that was trapped inside burst out💥💥💥, and the meat was tender!!! (Honestly, if I grilled it, there would have been no juice....🤪) It's good to eat with various sauces, and it goes best with green onion and myeong-i-na-mul ssammu! I personally thought the pork neck was tastier than samgyeopsal!! It was also really delicious to wrap the juicy pork neck in shaved ice kimchi roll noodles What's the heat like when you eat shaved ice kimchi roll noodles in the hot summer...?
