It faces Busan Station. Nearby are Nampo, Jungang, Choryang, and Busanjin, Busan's traditional downtown areas. Since it is in front of Busan Station, it is easy to get to tourist attractions such as Seomyeon, Dadae, Nampo, Jagalchi, and Choryang on Busan Line 1, but it is a bit far to Gwangalli and Haeundae on Line 2. The same goes for Lines 3 and 4. However, there is an advantage of being able to go to and from Nampo and Seomyeon, which are downtown areas of Busan, but the room itself is nice. These days, when you search for accommodations in the 40,000 won range, most of them are in bad locations or have old-fashioned rooms, but Orum Residence is not like that at all. Rather, it feels like everything has been remodeled. The air conditioning works well, and the room service is also excellent. The best part is the breakfast.
