Great old architecture for this Provincial Capitol. This building is composed of different public offices such as the Provincial Engineering Office and The office of the Provincial Governor. I really like the architecture and the landscape of the place. It is well maintained and it preserves the history of the early spaniard era. The follow of traffic is highly organised and a lot of parking area available.
