Spring Mornings in Bukhara – Breakfast on the Terrace

#aprilblooms Spring is hands-down the best time to visit Bukhara, and one of my favorite moments was enjoying breakfast at Hotel Khurjin. Their buffet spread is seriously impressive—with tons of options, especially if you’ve got a sweet tooth like me. I loved the variety of pastries, from flaky croissants to little local treats. Since the weather was just perfect—warm but not too hot—I had my breakfast in the peaceful courtyard. Birds chirping, sun shining, and a cup of tea in hand… pure bliss. Why You Should Try It: ✔ Great variety of dishes, especially delicious sweet pastries ✔ Lovely courtyard seating—ideal for a relaxing spring morning 📍Address: Poyi Ostona Street 4, 200121, Bukhara, Uzbekistan #bukhara #uzbekistan #hotelkhurjin #springinbukhara #breakfastwithaview
