Even before 7am when I thought it would be quiet, there were a lot of people 😳 Tourist buses were coming in droves, and people who seemed to be tour groups were coming one after another 😅⚡️ It was quite a challenge to set up a tripod + camera in a faraway place and take photos by myself 😂 But because I was so persistent, I was very satisfied with the photos I was able to take ☺️✨ I thought there would be so many people there in the morning, but when I visited again two weeks later, it was a Saturday and around noon, so it was incomparably crowded 🤯It was like a theme park...😱 If you want to take your time taking photos at this spot, weekday mornings are a must, and if you want to enjoy the night view and early mornings, I recommend staying at the Hilton Budapest, which is about a 2-3 minute walk away ✍️ By the way...! Along the Danube in the Buda district, there are many hotels where you can enjoy a reasonable view of the Parliament Building across the river, but in fact, Fisherman's Bastion is on a small hill, so I don't recommend walking there and back, even though it is indicated on the map as a 15-minute walk from the Danube. You will end up climbing up and down steep slopes and endless stone-paved stairs. Along with Fisherman's Bastion, you should also enjoy Matthias Church behind the fort. The white walls are beautifully decorated, and the brown mosaic-patterned roof makes it feel like something out of a storybook. This is also a popular spot where you can enter for about 1,500 yen, so be sure to enjoy it together.
