Budapest W: A century-old building meets modern rebirth.

The Drexel Palace was once the ballet academy and dance school of the Hungarian Royal Opera House. According to the Hungarian lady who checked us in at the front desk, the building's history can be traced back to 1886. The overall style is a typical representative of the Neo-Renaissance style, and it also incorporates local Hungarian characteristics. The ceiling of the indoor lobby is very unique. I searched and found out it is called Art Nouveau style. This time we stayed in the Fantasy Suite, 73 square meters, and successfully received the suite confirmation 3 days before check-in. The location is very good. LV is diagonally opposite the hotel. There are also many local restaurants in the back alleys. Malatang and Sichuan cuisine are available within a 10-minute walk. The hotel's hardware and services are beyond expectations, but the breakfast is very ordinary, so don't have too high expectations.
