The third floor has cigarettes and Lao coffee, duty-free cigarettes are really cheap, a pack of Zhonghua is only 310, and Zi Yun is 90, but be careful, customs regulations allow you to bring a maximum of two packs of cigarettes when entering the country, so don't buy too much.
