Lake Issyk-Kul in autumn

I went to Lake Issyk-Kul in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan during the off-season. Lake Issyk-Kul is the second largest lake in the world and is a popular summer resort with many visitors. The off-season was in October, an awkward time of autumn when it was too cold to swim, but there was no snow to be seen, and I didn't see a single tourist. To a world like a paradise. Staying in a yurt in the off-season. I stayed in a coveted yurt in Bokonbayeva Village, Kyrgyzstan. This place is within walking distance from Lake Issyk-Kul, so the scenery is spectacular. Because it was the off-season, I had it arranged the day before at the local CBT, and I was the only tourist there, but I was glad to be able to make friends with the scary-looking guard dog.
