Birmingham Perch cafe

This is my new favourite place. It has one of the best bagels in the place. I also ordered a matcha latte. They tasted just right. Not too sweet and not bitter. The pastry was spot on. I bought a snickers croissant. It was filled with caramel. I think it must have been some kind of brownie mix. And nuts. I also bought a passion fruit cheesecake tart. It was delicious. Other bakeries around Birmingham were not as good as this coffee shop. I bought some pastries to take home afterwards. So I was very happy with them. I hope this place will be around for years to come.
