There is a shuttle from Bintan Resort ferry terminal to the Nirwana Garden hotel. If you are from Jakarta, best option takes a flight to Tanjung Pinang, then rent a car to the bintan resort. Other option via Batam but you must take ferry from batam (punggur) to Tanjung Pinang then by car to bintan resort. It is an old hotel, but it is well maintained. They just renovated the room and repaint the whole the hotel. Room is clean, bathroom also clean. Comfort bed. Very standard amenities, it is like a three star hotel. They provide free wifi but limited to two devices only. There is shuttle to other hotels, villas or restaurant which are still part of the same group Breakfast is ok. with a variety of choices, the taste is standard.
