Beppu Hell Tour～

🚗Transportation Guide: Take the Kamenoi Bus No. 5 or 7 from Beppu JR Station and get off at 'Umi Jigoku-mae Station'. It takes about 2-3 hours to visit all the hells, but if you only want to pick a few, I recommend the must-see ones: Umi Jigoku, Chinoike Jigoku, Tatsumaki Jigoku, and Shiraike Jigoku. ♨️The Umi Jigoku hot spring pool, which presents a Tiffany blue color, is very beautiful! ♨️Shiraike Jigoku, designated as a National Scenic Beauty of Japan, has blue and white water that constantly emits steam. The Japanese garden landscape by the poolside is perfect for photos. ♨️Chinoike Jigoku, with its iron oxide-rich water, makes the entire pool look like a blood pond. I think it's the most unique among all the hells. ♨️Tatsumaki Jigoku is a geyser that erupts for about 5-10 minutes every 30-40 minutes. You can wait and watch the eruption from the seating area nearby!
