Kirindy is an amazing nature reserve, perfect for wildlife enthusiasts and those who want to experience nature up close. The accommodation located within the reserve is the most convenient option for exploring the area in depth. The lodging consists of very simple ecological bungalows, offering basic facilities: a bed and a bathroom. Electricity is limited, with no power during the day and unstable supply at night. This setup provides an authentic way to connect with nature. Food options are limited, with average taste and prices that are reasonable for such a remote location. However, the overall management and atmosphere leave a lasting impression. The bungalows are surrounded by the forest, and the restaurant has a unique design. The most delightful surprise is the occasional sighting of fossas (Madagascar's carnivorous mammal) leisurely roaming nearby—we even captured some amazing photos of them!
